House rules:
- Children 7 years and older are welcome
- No smoking is permitted inside the units
- Parties, as well as loud noise and disturbances, are not allowed
- Quiet hours 21h00 to 08h00
- Only booked number of people is allowed in each unit
- No under 21's without proper adult supervision allowed
- A washing line is available in the alley next to Unit 1
- No cleaning of fish allowed on premises
- No cooking, frying or barbeque of fish or sea food allowed inside building
- Outside barbeque facilities can be used (by prior arrangement if for fish)
- Right of admission reserved
- The owner resides on site
